Please Note that you will not be issued a card if you do not have all items listed on the checklist on class day. First Timers taking ACLS, or PALS, you must complete the Pre Course Work & Pre Assessment. See the select buttons. Renewal students will complete Pre Course Assessment.

- Pre Course Work(First Timers) & Self Assessment(First Timers and Renewals)
- Bring, Upload or Email Pre Course Work and Self Assessment Certificates to Class
- Make sure your Name is visible on Both
- Bring, Upload or Email your Unexpired BLS Card
