BLS Instructor, ACLS Instructor, PALS Instructor Course
Welcome to your American Heart Association Instructor Course. This course will certify to Instruct providers in the following disciplines: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Requirements for Instructors include:
- 5 or more years of Clinical Experience
- Be a Provider of every discipline you will teach (BLS, ACLS, PALS)
- Be ethical in the delivery of AHA Mission: to build healthier lives free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. While training people on how to save lives with cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid.
Your Instructor course will give you everything you need to succeed in the delivery of Provider Courses. As an instructor, you will enter into a partnership with the AHA. This partnership means you will adhere to the videos, and text that teaches students the science of resuscitation. Your roles are imperative as you are the hands-on implementer of skills. Your role is critical in the evaluation, coaching, and remediation to help students learn the skills needed to successfully certify as an AHA provider.
Please note that there are costs associated with being an instructor that goes beyond the cost of this course. For example facility, manikins, alignment fees, etc.
