Is this an American Heart Association Certification Course?

Yes! We only offer American Heart Association Certificate Courses.  Successful completion of this course grants an AHA Ecard.  

What is the differences between Heartsaver CPR and BLS?

Heartsaver CPR is offered for non medical people who need to certify in Life Support Classes.  Students study online and complete skills on class day.  Written exam is not mandatory.  

BLS (Basic Life Support) is designed for healthcare professionals. Advanced techniques are discussed an exam is mandatory for this course.  

What if I fail my Exam? 

It happens!  People sometimes fail the exam.  You won't be the first...and you won't be the last.  We do a very good job of covering the main content expected.  Questions are tricky.  Should you Fail any part of your skills or written exam, we will remediate you by explaining and offering an opportunity for you to do better.  

When do you offer Classes?  

We offer courses Mon. - Fri.  

BLS starts at 7:45am

ACLS starts at 10am

PALS starts at 2pm. 

How Much are classes?

BLS $60 (renewal) and $65 (1st timer)

ACLS & PALS $135 (renewal) and $155 (1st timer)

Can I pay over the Phone?

Please register and pay online.  Whenever you register and pay online you go directly on the calendar.  Go to www.reviewrenewacls.com  This will bring you to the main page.  Scroll down and select the course you wish to enroll in.  

Can I Pay on Class Day?

We prefer you pay online. Online payments go directly on our calendar and secure your seat.  However, if you need to pay on class day, please bring cash in the exact amount.  We do not break bills, or keep a cash register.  

How long BLS is class?

BLS Renewals are scheduled for 4 hours.  In most cases skills and presentations are done within 2 hours.  If you are proficient with skills and pass the 25 question exam with an 84% or better, we don't keep you.  

BLS First Timers may need more time to digest the content.  Therefore video pre work is mandatory for first timers.  This prepares First Timers for a 4hour course unless, remediation is needed. 

How long ACLS class?

ACLS is scheduled for 4-6 hours. However, all students must complete pre course work and pre course self assessments.

First Timers must complete Pre Course Work and Pre Course Self Assessment.  This is a Review Renew ACLS Standard.

Pre Course work is optional for ACLS renewals.  However, Pre Course Self Assessments are Mandatory.

How long PALS class?

PALS classes are scheduled for 6 hours.  However, all students must complete pre course work and pre course self assessments online.

When do I get my Ecard? 

We always aim for same day card deliver.  In most cases cards are issued on the same day as class day.  

In some cases technical issues may arise. AHA gives us 7 days to issue cards to student.

Do I need the Provider Manual (Book)?

AHA mandates every student have a manual.  Your manual is allowed as a reference during the exam. For working professionals with access to a team library, you may borrow a copy from your library. To Purchase Manuals go here!  Books will be handed out on class day.  

Where are you located?

We are centrally located in Orlando.  771 S. Kirkman Rd. Suite 110. For GPS avoid searching for the name of the business.  Enter the address.  We are at Kirkman and Westgate in the Kirkman Commerce Center.  771 is the building number.  You want to be on the side near the 773 building.  We are in the midway! Cold Wall, Inc. is on the door! Look for our ground sign. You are in the right place.  

What if I can't make it on class Day?

There is no refund. You should make every attempt to attend on your scheduled day.  We do understand things happen.  Therefore, you may reschedule your course within 90days.  No calls, no shows forfeit reschedule opportunities, unless, provable extenuating circumstances exists.
