Orlando CPR Instructor Led Classes
BASIC LIFE SUPPORT
BLS is the Gold Staple Course for anyone looking to learn CPR. This course covers Adult, Child and Infant Resuscitation, AED and Choking. There is no Pre Course for BLS. BLS is a prerequisite to ACLS and PALS.
ADVANCED CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT
ACLS is for clinicians who practice in a hospital setting. This course covers all AHA algorithms, including Acute Coronary Syndrome, Stroke, & ROSC. A Mandatory Pre Test & an unexpired BLS card is Required to take this course.
PEDIATRIC ADVANCED CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT
PALS is for clinicians who work with babies and children. All of our courses follow AHA guidelines for Team Based Resuscitation. A Mandatory Pre Test and an unexpired BLS card is Required for this course.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. With a new job and the need for an ACLS class in a pinch, Cher not only delivered an amazing all around pre-course and course experience but she is a phenomenal person who is doing her part to give back to the community. I found her location on the American Heart Association website and was well worth my time and money. I will be back for my renewal courses!!!

Instead, I received greatly appreciated one on one instruction and I can honestly say I have more confidence as a health care provider lol corny yes, but still true. Also, I literally have never understood heart blocks until she explained them to me! Thank you so much!

Cheryna is the best AHA instructor I have ever had; there is no wonder why she has so many 5 star reviews on google. Cheryna is incredibly personable and passionate about teaching lifesaving skills. I have had great instructors before, but Cheryna went the extra mile. As a nurse anesthesia student, I really appreciated how she let me practice intubating the mannequins when we were reviewing airways. I don't know if that was actually a part of ACLS, but because she knew I was a student, she was able to coach me through tips and tricks while doing the intubation (she is a respiratory therapist with many years of experience). I would highly recommend her to my colleagues and I will be returning to renew my PALS next year. I'll be sure to send my classmates her way as well.

- First Timers Must Complete the PSA and the Pre Course Work. This is a Review Renew ACLS requirement.
- Everyone must complete the Self Assessment (AHA Requirement)
- Upload or Bring your ACLS Self Assessment Score Report and Completion Certificate to Class
- No Self Assessment = No Cards Issued
How to Find the Mandatory Pre Course Self Assessments
Pre Course Self Assessments are meant to prep students for Advanced Concepts. It is 3 parts with approximately 20 questions each. You may take it as many times as you need. You may also save and continue. Make it your learning opportunity. Do not stress out. If you run into concepts that you find difficult to understand, bring your questions to class. We will help you!
